Christmas is almost here and our big family Christmas is our new home... all 5,000 square feet of it. On Saturday afternoon we gave our construction crew a fiesta consisting of a roast pig (which is the all favorite dish of most folks here in the Philippines) and rice, and of course ice cold beer. Followed by a raffle and the lucky winners either drew a baseball cap, or a pack back and the rest drew 50 pesos. They all were very grateful for the special Christmas celebration my wife prepared for them and all left with a smile on their faces. We are so gratefully too for the excellent workmanship each man has given us.
